Walk and run mode with an adjustable speed from 0.5 to 7.5 MPH.
When the handlebar is pointing down, the R2 is in walk mode and can only reach a maximum speed of 3.7 mph. When the handlebar is pointing up, the R2 switches to run mode and you can freely choose to walk, jog or run between 0.5 and 7.5 mph.
